What is PayPal?

PayPal is a service that allows payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. Setting up a personal PayPal account is quick and free. You do not need to set up a PayPal account to order from Fractal Factory, though you will be given the option to do so when you complete the transaction. Paying by PayPal is safe: your credit/debit card details are processed securely by Paypal using the latest encryption technology.

Fractal Factory holds a verified UK business account with PayPal.

Returns

All Fractal Factory products are inspected thoroughly before shipping. However, if any item is found to be incorrect or defective in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced or exchanged without charge, provided we are notified within 7 days from the date of receipt.
